- Start with clean, completely dry underarms. Moisture can reduce how well the active ingredients adhere to the skin.
- Apply a small, pea-sized amount to each underarm.

- For best results, apply at night when sweat glands are generally less active.
- Allow the product to dry for 1–2 minutes before getting dressed to help prevent transfer onto clothing.
- For excessive sweating, use consistently as directed. Once sweating is controlled, application may be reduced to 2–3 nights per week, as appropriate.
